Go to the Wallet section, select Deposit, and choose UPI from the payment rail list. Enter the amount, confirm with your UPI PIN in your banking app, and the funds appear in your 0yy wallet — typically in under sixty seconds.

Yes. Both Paytm and PhonePe appear as options on the deposit screen alongside UPI. Select your preferred app, approve the transfer from within that app, and the credit lands in your account wallet on the same flow as a UPI deposit.

Once your identity is confirmed and the payment method matches your account, most withdrawal requests are released within one to three business hours. Transfer timing after release depends on your bank or UPI provider.

A government-issued photo ID — such as Aadhaar or PAN — is the standard requirement. Upload a clear image through your account profile. Verification is usually completed within two hours of a valid document being received.
